This Saturday, our friends from Montreal were supposed to come to visit us.
We live in the countryside, about 100 km from Montreal, so they were going to stay over.

However, there was a forecast of heavy snow from Friday night to Saturday morning.
So they ended up cancelling and postponing it to next week.

We live in the forest, and it would be very dangerous if the road conditions were bad because of the heavy snowfall.
So I think they were right to cancel it.

Next week, because they have plans for Sunday, and they are planning to come on Friday evening, stay the night and return to Montreal on Saturday afternoon.

My husband is very much looking forward to serving them Indian food.
So far, the weather looks good for next weekend.
I am looking forward to it too!
